Service Payment GuidelinesPlease get your services paid by one of below secure payment methods:

1. Payment via PayPal

If you already have a PayPal account, you can pay us directly to payment@igrandtour.com after logging in your account at http://www.paypal.com. If you are not a member it’s easy to join and it’s free!

Could be used for amounts under $500

(All Paypal fees shall be paid by customers)

Note: When either PayPal or iGrandtour has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.

  • If you choose “I’m making personal payments” when Send Payment, please checkI will pay the fee” before Send Payment.
  • If you choose “I’m paying for goods or services” when Send Payment, please add PayPal fees to your payment amount  (about 5%).

4. Credit Card Payment

Customers are required to fill information in an Authorization form. Then Customer will print out with three signatures required in the form, scan and send it back to our via email payment@igrandtour.com

One copy/scan of two sides of the card and the information page of customer’s passport are required to be sent to our via email: payment@igrandtour.com

Note: to ensure information security of customer’s credit card

  • Only scan and send Authorization form with three signatures to payment@igrandtour.com
  • You should hide Security Code – The last 3 digits on the signature panel on the back of your card

(All Bank fees shall be paid by customers: Payment fee: VISA / MASTER CARD : 3% ; JCB/American Express Card: 4.5%)

5. Cancellation Policy

If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your service using plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation policy as follows:

  • More than 15 days before the service using date: 25% of the total service cost
  • From 10 to 15 days before the service using date: 50% of the total service cost
  • From 5 to 10 days before the service using date: 75% of the total service cost
  • No refunds for cancellations 5days before the service using date.
